Well, the book I found was not the first in the "Holmes on the Range" series of books. So, I downloaded the first book, this one, to my recently-acquired Kindle and found myself thoroughly enjoying Gustav Amlingmeyer (Old Red) emulating Sherlock Holmes. I suspect that Otto Amlingmeyer (Big Red) will make a perfectly good Dr. Watson in telling /5(36).
